I'm about to start a new 80/20 training plan so wanted to get an up to date FTP. I did a Zwift ramp test and although still way down on a year ago, saw a moderate improvement to 258W. At my new weight this is an improvement on my pre-keto WKg - now up to 3.4 - so that should help with the climbing, though still no where near enough to be competitive in the B category.
I have been cycling on Zwift since the start of the pandemic in 2020, racing regularly with my CRYO-GEN club in team time trials and Zwift Racing League, and have fluctuated between 3 and 3.7 WKg as my weight has gone up and down. Currently at 3.2 WKg (low cat B), I'm starting a Keto diet to see if I can make a big shift in my health and performance.
